EGA Organised Bus Transport

The following information is provided in order to assist with travel plans to and from the Symposium.  The EGA organised bus has been set up to make getting to and from the Symposium as easy as possible and will be especially helpful to those travelling from interstate or overseas. Additionally, it will also provide a great opportunity to connect with fellow attendees prior to getting to the Symposium. We encourage everyone to consider this option to help reduce the carbon footprint of travel to and from the Symposium.

The bus service is only available to ticket holders of the EGA Symposium and requires purchase of a separate bus ticket. Ticket purchased for this bus service must be made prior to departure and ticketing will close approximately 2 weeks before the commencement of the Symposium. Please purchase your ticket via the ticketing portal - http://www.entheogenesis.org/tickets

All EGA Symposium ticket holders have access to free camping as part of their ticket. The bus will drop all attendees at the Symposium registration point, which is located at the camping and cabin accommodation. Attendees with accommodation booked at Holmsglen at Eildon will be transported to their accommodation after registration has been completed.

Public Bus Services Not Run by EGA

The EGA campground is around 10-15 minutes walk from Eildon main street, where public bus services terminate, and you will need to walk from the bus drop off point to the EGA campground.

To make arrangements for bus services at other times, timetables are available at https://www.ptv.vic.gov.au/route/view/1935 (Public Transport Victoria) and http://www.mckenzies.com.au/scheduled-routes (McKenzie’s Tourist Services) with information to coordinate your times.

During the Conference

A free shuttle bus transport service will run between the campground in Eildon and the the main conference site Holmesglen at Eildon during the event for all ticket holders and will also make a short stop in Eildon on some bus runs. All ticket holders will be required to display wrist bands / proof of entry when using this service.

Due to conditions of council and Holmesglen at Eildon managment, guests will not be permitted to drive personal vehicles between the campground/cabins and the conference site (please contact us at info[at]entheogenesis.org if you have mobility issues or have special requirements e.g, in a wheelchair or vision impaired). The shuttle bus service will provide transport to all attendees in conference hours in lieu of this and will run for the duration of the conference. Additional buses will service mealtimes, so those with a ‘Feed Me’ meal package can arrive in time for breakfast and easily move between locations.

Access to the main conference is via shuttle bus only from the main camp ground or the pick-up point in main street Eildon, all vehicle access to the main conference area is restricted to operational personnel and will require an access pass.
