If you would like your tickets sent by registered post, please also purchase a registered post option. Please note, online sales will close on Thurs 24th November 2011. When you have chosen your tickets and submitted your order, you will be directed to Paypal for secure online payment. You can either pay by credit card, or if you have a Paypal account, you can login and pay without needing to enter your credit card or bank details.

Can I buy tickets on the gate?
EGA is a pre-sale only event. Tickets to the Symposium are very limited. -
How long until I receive my tickets?
We will be sending tickets out once a week so the longest amount of time you have to wait should be 2 weeks. -
Do you sell a discounted ticket for Concession/Pensioner/Student cardholder?
There is only a discount ticket option available for ‘General’ and ‘Final Boarding Call’ ticket allocations. There is only two ways to redeem a ‘concession’ ticket for EGA, you must present your relevant Concession card at the In store-ticketing outlet listed below, or send a photocopy of your card and appropriate payment via mail-order to EGA.

A grace period of 3 days will be give for ticket pricing with mail orders, with all mail order tickets finishing on the 22nd of November where stocks last. -
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds will only be issued in the very unlikely case the event is cancelled, otherwise, refunds are not possible. -
Do you sell single day tickets?
Each ticket grants admission for the enitre Symposium. Sorry, no single day tickets are currently available. In the last 2 weeks leading up to the event we may allocate a small number of singe day tickets over our mailing list if circumstances permit. -
What method of Postage do you use?
We will send your tickets in standard post unless you wish for registered post to be used. If you purchase a registered post option, your tickets will be sent in a registered post envelope which ensures a secure trackable delivery process. We recommend registered post and take no responsibility for lost mail. -
Booking Fee?
The booking fee for online ticket sales covers the cost of funds transfer, web sales infrastructure, standard postage and handling. Most store outlets will charge a similar booking fee.
