The Pondage is a caravan park with a campground on one side and a more permanent set up area for the long term stay on the other. EGA has sole use of the Campground over the weekend of the conference. The campground has nice facility’s like hot showers, toilets and a food preparation area as well as BBQ. More info on the Facilities can be found here - http://www.eildonpondage.com/facilities/
However, you will need to bring everything you need for general camping, for example, Tent, bedding, ice chest, Good lighting and torch, portable stove and cutlery. It is worth reading the following camping cheek list and researching the area before packing - https://www.australianexplorer.com/camping/camping_checklist.htm

Yes, if you are camping at the Pondage.
What camping times are included in the confrerence ticket? When can I arrive / leave the campground at The Pondage?
With the conference Ticket, you can arrive and set up your camp Friday Morning on December 8th from around 9 am. Camping Friday night to Sunday night is included in your EGA 2017 ticket price. Check out time is before 5 pm Monday the 11th of December. However, there is a pre and post camping available by arrangement with the campground office.
How does the pre and post conference camping work?
As EGA is using a professional campground for the first time this year, you are welcome to arrive early and/or stay on after the main conference. There will be other conference attendees and some crew doing just that, so why not extend your EGA experience. The campground is offering a discount rate for three nights before the conference commences (5-7th Dec) and for three nights after the conference concludes (11-13th Dec). Simply head to the Eildon Pondage Holiday Park (EGA campground) during office hours to arrange your pre and post EGA camping. On Thursday the 7th of December the office will be open late (at least until 9 pm) to assist with the pre-camping rush. Post-camping can be arranged on Monday the 11th at the Site office.
Camping Fees: The discounted rate is $27 per unpowered site per night for two adults (children 4 and under are free). There are also powered sites and cabins on site; you will need to contact Eildon Pondage Holiday Park to confirm availability and fees. You will need to show your digital or printed EGA conference tickets to claim the discount.
Note: EGA has sole use of the campground on over the main conference dates but not over pre and post camping dates. All powered sites and cabins are already pre-sold to EGA staff or conference attendees over the conference dates, so you will be asked to relocate to another part of the campground or cabin during that time if you use cabins or powered sites during your pre-conference stay.
