Rahnerism Laing Rahner grew up with a desire to paint; at first as a street artist covering walls with rich colours using spray paint, and as he became older adapting with acrylics and oils using a signature colour palette that he makes from primary colours. His work became heavily influenced by the dichotomy of the urban sprawl and its complex frameworks to the lush organic patterns found in the forest, often using the symbolism of the feminine goddess or token animals; Using surrealist painting techniques grattage and decalcomania the chaos finds order in a work that is a surrealistic dream ever changing ever evolving. Shiptu_Shaboo Was communicating using pens before he learnt how to talk, an avid illustrator and designer always looking at new mediums and new creative frontiers. His work can be described as detailed, big, bold, colourful and brash. Heavily influenced by the psychedelic looking natural world and lore of old; his love of all that is weird from the ocean and the the amazing craftsmanship of Asia with a twist of modern pop culture results in a fun quizzical journey of dreamscapes and fantasy.
