The 2017 Psychedelic Symposium will utilise two venues, included a new – state of the art conference space located in the Goulburn Valley region - an easy 2 hr drive from Melbourne.  This conference space is wrapped by a mountain range on one side, and open to expansive views of the valley below, 2017 will see EGA’s much-loved outdoor auditorium return - supported by immersive outdoor spaces filled with art installations, market stalls, on-site catering and a bar.

Accommodation options for 2017 include camping sites near the water- under the shade of tree - and with access to camp kitchens and other facilities, as well as dorms and cabins with ensuites and kitchettes. 

Spanning two lush venues, regular shuttle busses will transport attendees the short distance between the conference and other spaces, with waterside camping, and the shuttle bus included in the ticket price for the 2017 Psychedelic Symposium.

EGA is a unique event, and with that in mind we have designed optional accommodation and catering packages for the growing number of interstate and international attendees drawn to this special gathering from all over the globe.

For those looking to upgrade further than a dorm or ensuite cabin, we can offer modern and private 4 star rooms with all the creature comforts – in a range of formats to suit couples or groups.  We also able to offer even more options for those looking to travel light, with access to all-inclusive on-site catering, allowing you to really relax and kick back to  enjoy EGA.

A range of transport options will be announced prior to tickets being released, catering to interstate, international and local attendees.

With the 2017 Psychedelic Symposium opening on Friday 8 December and closing late after dinner on Sunday 10 December, attendees are welcome to stay on till Monday 11 December – to create your own 4-day EGA long weekend.
